DESCRIPTION

Metrite straight cutting oils are high performance neat cutting oils containing carefully selected and balanced combination of chlorine containing EP attitudes and polar lubricity improvers. It is blended with the best quality hydro-cracked base oils.

Metrite cutting oils provides good flushing properties, adequate corrosion, protection and does not discolour yellow metal. This has an acceptable odour and the desired skin compatibility.

APPLICATIONS

Metrite cuttings oils are recommended for the general purpose machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. it is suitable for milling, drilling, reaming and other similar operation. Lower viscosity grade of this product is suitable as grinding oil in centralized system. Metrite cutting oil improves economy by extending the tool life
